Thread your way through the vaulted corridors of the bedesten to reach this restored han (caravanserai) crowded with locals enjoying a cold drink, çay or Türk kahvesi (Turkish coffee). It's the most atmospheric spot in Șanlıurfa, a good place to try menengiç kahvesi (a coffee-like drink, it is made of ground roasted terebinth fruits as the main ingredient, and is naturally caffeine-free. It is particularly popular in parts of southeastern Anatolia.)
